Norbert Sauer was born in Iserlohn/Germany in 1956.
Qualification / Studies :
1971 Training as a creative advertising artist
Autodidactic art and painting studies
Since 1979 Different study tours, i. a. to Spain, France and Italy
Since 1980 Independent artist (with many national and international exhibitions throughout the years)
- First illustration of a front page for the German magazine "Stern". Follow-up illustrations of the front page for the magazine
- Honoured with the art award "Bernhard-Kaufmann-Kunstpreis" "Die Welt in Aquarell" / "The World of Watercolours"
Opening of a graphic artist studio, production of first engravings
Touring exhibition and publication of the book "100 Vorschläge zu Bertold Brecht" / "100 ideas about Bertold Brecht"2005 Calendar of Art 2006
